Pike Gazebo

Ref. PGZ-001 / Procurement Advisory

Where every line of your supply chain is expected to add up.

Pike Gazebo looks at where a company buys, on what terms, and how much it keeps in reserve, then writes down what the records show. The reading is yours to act on.

A reading of your procurement position, not a sales case for it

Many companies buy well without ever having examined how. We work through purchasing records, supplier terms and stock levels the way a manifest is reconciled, line by line, so that concentration, terms and buffer become visible facts instead of assumptions. What you do with the reading is your decision; our part ends at an accurate written report.

Ref. PGZ-003 / Areas Covered

Three lines of enquiry

Supplier Concentration

Where spend is concentrated, which components have only one available source, and what substitutions actually exist.

Terms and Conditions

Payment periods, order minimums and revision mechanisms compared across suppliers to find differences nobody has explained.

Buffer and Lead Time

Stock held against real lead times and demand variation, separating protective buffer from habit.

Ref. PGZ-004 / How a Review Runs

Four steps, in order

  1. 01

    Records Received

Purchasing records, supplier agreements and stock data are sent over and put in order.

  2. 02

    Lines Reconciled

Each supplier, term and stock line is checked against the others for consistency.

  3. 03

    Findings Set Down

Observations are written plainly, without a recommendation weighted by urgency.

  4. 04

    Report Delivered

A written report is handed over, with a short call to walk through it if you want one.

Ref. PGZ-005 / Limits of the Work

What a review does not do

Documents, not site visits

The work is done on records you send. It does not involve visiting your suppliers, auditing their factories or inspecting your warehouse.

Reading, not negotiating

We do not negotiate with your suppliers, place orders, broker supply or recommend a particular supplier. A report ends where the reading ends.

Findings, not forecasts

A review describes the records as they are. It does not predict prices, demand or disruption, and it does not promise savings.

Ref. PGZ-006 / Offers

Three reviews, each scoped on its own

Prices are guide prices for a standard scope. The written scope you receive before any work begins states the final amount.
